CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask you to give us at least 48 hours notice of cancellation for permanent make up and eyelash extension treatments and 24 hours notice for all other treatments.
APPIONTMENTS
We firmly believe in the value of your time and we make every effort to avoid long waiting periods at our salon.
Late arrival for any appointment may result in a shortening of the appointment/treatment duration. We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
CONSULTATION
On your first visit to GINGER BEAUTY Salon, you will be asked to complete a confidential consultation form.
CHILDREN
For health and safety reasons, children must be accompanied by an adult in the salon at all times.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Security deposit are taken for treatments such as permanent make up and eyelash extension. We kindly ask that you give 48 hour notice for the cancellation or re-scheduling of permanent make up appointment and 24 hours notice for cancellation of re-scheduling of other appointments booked.
ALL permanent make up bookings require a 50 deposit in order to confirm the appointments. The deposit is non refundable if you fail to turn up for your scheduled appointments
